Flow’s First Taekwondo Training Camp

This Summer, Flow Training Centre launched their 1st Intensive Taekwondo Training Camp. The students trained 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon. During the camp, the students practiced various footwork, paddle kicking drills, chest pad drills, and conditioning. They were not only challenged physically, but mentally as well. Some of the students were even as young as 5 years old! Check out this video for a recap of their hard work during that week.
